Our packaging features a one way degassing valve and is re-sealable so your coffee will remain fresh until you finish it. Best of all, you can personalize each bag of coffee to have your name or someone else's on it - making it a great gift for the coffee lover.
our roasting process
We believe fresh coffee is the best kind of coffee, which is why we roast after you place the order. Our biggest batch size is 1 kilo of coffee, roughly 2 pounds, and we roast a little more so we can test each batch for quality before we send it.

We specialize in premium, single-origin coffee that is sustainably sourced.
Why single-origin? The answer is simple. Coffee picks up flavors from the soil and conditions it is grown in. Yet, most mass-produced blends hide those magnificent natural flavors such as lime, coconut, berries, spices, and more depending on the coffee bean's origin. Because we want you to have a richer sensory experience, we select coffees with a cupping score of 84 or higher.
As various diseases like coffee rust make it more cost prohibitive for coffee growers, we strive to give them a fair price for their labor so we can ensure sustainability.
